2019 Target – Sub 2 Hour Half Marathon

So I might have had a beer or 2, and I might have said to my running buddy I needed a challenge, and she might have suggested a sub 2 hour Half Marathon, and I might have drunkenly said ‘YES!’.


Wish me well, it’s only a 25% improvement on my current Half Marathon PB. It’s only 22 back to back 5.48 minute kilometres. It’s only running 13.1 miles at a pace equal to my current 5km pace.
It’s only going to half kill me.
