This morning I realised I’ve not been out running for over 2 weeks. How did that happen? Life really does get in the way sometimes…so only slightly panicking now that I’ve lost my running mojo just 3 weeks before the Half Marathon…suddenly feels extremely close and daunting. Time to get back on the wagon.
In my defence I will add that climbing Arthurs Seat in Edinburgh with a 10 month old baby in a sling was a fairly decent workout! Plus the average of 5 miles a day walking we did too, but still it’s not running the miles I need to get my legs prepared for 13 miles.
